There will be no refunds for any camps under any circumstances. A non-transferrable camp credit will be issued for any camp within a three  year period beginning on the date of the camp for which you were originally registered.
Each camper is encouraged to bring his or her own baseball equipment. This includes: glove, bat, helmet, cleats, tennis/turf shoes, catchers gear if appropriate and any other equipment they feel necessary to perform baseball activities.
All Pete Hughes Baseball Camps will have medical staff present provided by Kansas State Athletic Training.
Per NCAA regulations, Pete Hughes Baseball Camp is not allowed to provide scholarships or financial aid of any kind.
Check-in begins 45 minutes prior to the start of camp. If you have paid in full and filled out the medical waiver through www.petehughesbaseballcamp.com, there is no need to bring anything addition with you to check-in. If you have any questions as to whether we have received your medical waiver, we recommend you bring a copy of your paperwork to check-in.
All camps will run whether rain or shine. We will utilize our indoor practice facility that will allow for all camp activities to be run in a spacious and safe environment.
All camps will be run at Tointon Family Stadium on the campus of Kansas State University, unless otherwise specified in the details of the specific camp.

Campers will be split into groups according to age and ability for each camp in order to provide the most relative instruction.

Parking is available in the parking lot of Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium located directly beyond the left field wall of Tointon Family Stadium.
